We are a proud member of the Surf Soccer family and are committed to helping our players follow a proven pathway to success.<\/p>\n New England Surf operates year-round programming, camps, and tournaments.<\/p>\n\t\t Originally from Italy, Tommaso began his soccer journey with a professional youth club in Treviso before channeling his passion into youth soccer development on a global scale.<\/p>\n Driven by a commitment to enhancing player experiences and fostering cross-cultural sports events, Tommaso currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Global Soccer Alliance, where he oversees operational management of all GSA properties worldwide, which now counts clubs, tournaments and partnerships across 4 continents. Tommaso manages all business operations including Finance, Marketing, Sales and Performance Analysis.<\/p>\n\t\t COO<\/p>\t\n\t\t\t Joe, originally from Derry, Northern Ireland, began his soccer career with Coleraine Football Club in the Irish League where he also represented the Northern Ireland national team. From there he was recruited to Harvard University where he was captain and an Academic All-American his senior year.<\/p>\n As CEO of Global Soccer Alliance, Joe oversees all its affiliated companies with a focus on the vision and growth strategy of each business unit. Since the Company began in 2020, GSA has stretched to offering Academies and Tournaments in 4 Continents.<\/p>\n\t\t CEO<\/p>\t\n\t\t\t Peter is from Derry, N. Ireland and moved to the US in 1997. He has a Masters Degree in Education and holds his USSF A license. Has won 2 senior National titles with the Boston Renegades (W-League 2001 and 2002) and has been on the Board of US Club Soccer and also on the Executive Committees for the USL’s W-League and Super Y-League.<\/p>\n Bradley is the Technical Director for Global Soccer Alliance and oversees all of the soccer provision and education for the GSA affiliates. He manages professional development for all coaches and oversees quality control at all GSA locations.<\/p>\n\t\t Technical Director<\/p>\t\n\t\t\t Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Bailey Cullen graduated from the University of Notre Dame where she played soccer and studied Psychology & Digital Marketing. Building on her passion for sports and strategic insights, she pursued a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at Brandeis University.<\/p>\n As the Marketing Manager at Global Soccer Alliance, Bailey leads initiatives to grow and engage GSA’s global network, connecting clubs, tournaments, and partnerships across four continents.
